Your voucher will be issued upon full payment of your final invoice.

OR 

If you wish to use the voucher before your final invoice payment, you can. You will just be required to pay CosMediTour $1,500 (over & above your inital package deposit).

This amount will come off your total package cost, however, should you redeem the Holiday Voucher and then not proceed with your surgery, CosMediTour will retain the $1,500 (in additon to your deposit) to cover the cost of the holiday.

1. Expiry: Voucher must be redeemed before 7 December 2023. After this date, the voucher is no longer valid & will not be honoured.
2. Travel Dates: Voucher redeemable for travel 1 April 2022 – 14 December 2022 & 1 April 2023 – 14 December 2023. Subject to availability.
3. Surcharges & block out dates may apply during peak travel periods.
4. Stay is valid for up to 2 guests. Surcharges apply for additional room occupants.
5. Voucher must be used in a single transaction & cannot be split across multiple bookings.
6. If you wish to book a stay that exceeds the stated 7 nights or room category, you must pay the excess yourself, using another payment method.
7. If you wish to book a stay that is less than the stated 7 nights or room category, you are not entitled to a refund or recompense for the remaining nights.
8. If you travel solo, you are not entitled to a refund or recompense for costs associated with a second guest.
9. Where a trip using this voucher is cancelled, the cancellation policy of Angsana Laguna Phuket will apply & your voucher may be rendered invalid.
10. If you make a booking using the voucher & need to amend the dates, changes will be subject to availability & you will be required to pay a $150 amendment fee to CosMediTour.
11. Voucher may not be exchanged in whole or part for cash.
12. Vouchers may not, without the prior written consent of CosMediTour be sold or offered for sale or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes. If a Voucher is  sold or used in breach of this condition, CosMediTour may in its absolute & sole discretion cancel or render invalid the Voucher & the Voucher holder may be refused redemption of the Voucher.
13. CosMediTour may cancel or render invalid any Voucher or booking which CosMediTour determines in its absolute & sole discretion was acquired by fraudulent means. CosMediTour will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you if you receive or attempt to redeem a sold or fraudulent Voucher. You acknowledge & agree that you will not be entitled to redeem a sold or fraudulent Voucher & that CosMediTour will not be obliged to recompense you in any way.
14. The laws of Queensland, Australia apply to these terms & conditions & any disputes arising in relation to them.

Flights are not included with this voucher, however we can assist you by connecting you to our preferred Travel Partner. Simply ask our client support team.

Additonal Guests
Voucher is valid for up to 2 guests. Surcharges apply for addtional guests.

Yes, vouchers are transferable. You can gift your voucher to family or friends. The same conditions of use will apply to any transferred voucher.
