1. Enquiry & Assessment
All enquiries can be made by phone, email or social media or the Enquiry Form from the Website. All questions will be addressed and discussed.
When you are ready to proceed, you can then complete the Online Assessment Form, with all details, your requirements, your expectations, all medical information and required images for surgery pre-screening and an initial Quote.
2. Surgical Recommendation
After all information and images have been profiled, these will be pre-screened and a Client Manager will contact you to discuss the options and initial quote. Then a $500 deposit is payable for a formalised Surgical Recommendation and approximate Cost and to secure a Surgery Package
3. Arrangements & Surgery Dates Confirmed
After the deposit is paid and you accept the Formalised Surgical Recommendation, then all booking arrangements and documentation will begin in a step by step process.
4. Travel and the NEW YOU!
Once at the hospital in Thailand and after the pre-surgical tests are, you will have a face-to-face consultation and examination with the Surgeon to discuss all options and techniques, final costs are determined and surgery consent forms signed. A night or two+ (depending on your procedure) in hospital and then to your hotel/resort for recuperation and recovery, post surgery follow-up, final discharge and then your flight back home. Whilst in Thailand, hospital transfers will take care of your travel between airport, hospital and hotel and a Bangkok or Phuket CosMediTour Client Relations Manager will be your point of contact.
5. Ongoing Support
Your CosMediTour Client Manager will be in contact with you whilst in Thailand during your recovery to make sure everything is going well and also when you return home to discuss your overall CosMediTour experience and results. At this point also, we will request post operative images from you to gauge your recovery and results and to complete your file.
