- The Hospital will charge you directly for any additional nights or procedures, testing, specialist consultations or other treatments including re-suturing, fat necrosis or infection.

1.8 The Warranty applies for corrective surgery at Samitivej Chinatown Hospital (SCT) in Bangkok, ViMUT Hospital in Bangkok, and Phuket Plastic Surgery Institute (PPSI) in Phuket.
1.9 The Warranty is valid for 12 months from the initial surgery date.

The Warranty may provide complete, partial, or no coverage for surgical costs, including but not limited to hospital and surgeon fees. 1.18 In the event of Capsular Contracture for first-time breast augmentation clients with implants under 500cc, the Surgeon/Hospital will assess costs for capsular contracture, as the Implant Manufacturer may replace one or both implants. Each case is evaluated individually. Clients must register their implants with the Manufacturer after receiving all post-surgery documentation and provide proof of capsular contracture within 12 months of the surgery.
1.19 Before any arrangements for your return to Thailand can be confirmed, any corrective surgery must receive written acceptance and approval from the original plastic surgeon, Hospital, and CosMediTour. This review process may take several weeks or longer.
1.20 You may need to wait an additional 6 to 12 months post-surgery for the Surgeon and Hospital to finalise corrective surgery; at this point, another review can be done.
1.21 In the case of Client negligence or other breaches of the Warranty conditions resulting in the requirement for revision or corrective surgery, the Warranty contribution, if any, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

1.24 You must follow pre and post-surgery care instructions, which include medication recommendations, wearing compression garments, and avoiding certain activities. You must complete the post-surgery follow-up consultation (at the set time given to you at the hospital) with your Surgeon.
1.25 You must stop smoking and/or vaping for at least 6 weeks before and post-surgery AND any alcohol 4 weeks before and post-surgery.
2. TRAVEL
2.1 All travel arrangements must be booked by and paid to CosMediTour and confirmed within 48 hours of notification to the Client. Delays in confirmation by the Client may incur re-booking costs. There will be no reimbursements for any direct travel purchased by clients.
2.2 If you cancel flights and other travel arrangements booked under the Warranty, cancellation fees will apply, and re-booking will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
2.3 The surgery date must be confirmed at least 90 days before the scheduled travel date to give CosMediTour enough time to arrange everything. No bookings will be accepted within 60 days of surgery or during Phuket's high/peak season, typically from 1 December to 1 April. Clients wanting to travel during these peak seasons will be responsible for additional flight and hotel costs.
3. CLAIMS
3.1 If a claim relates to the 'aesthetic outcome' of surgery, the Surgeon and Hospital will determine if corrective surgery is necessary.
3.2 Combining a Breast Lift or Breast Reduction with a breast implant in a one-stage procedure is considered high risk. If you decide to add an implant during your consultation and then have post-surgery concerns, any Warranty Claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis or voided.
3.3 Breast implants requested by you in a different shape, size, and profile from your original implants will be determined by the Surgeon and Hospital, and additional costs will apply.
3.4 After returning from Thailand following breast surgery, if you have any concerns such as capsular contracture, implant displacement, shape alteration, or potential hardening, it is essential to seek a professional medical consultation for a thorough examination. Please submit all relevant reports, including ultrasound and/or MRI, detailing the diagnosis for review by CosMediTour, the Surgeon, and the Hospital.
3.5 CosMediTour will not accept any client self-diagnosis of any potential issue.

Private Client Forum Terms & Conditions
We value every feedback shared in our CosMediTour Forum, as it helps us improve and better support our clients. This is a positive space where everyone is encouraged to share their experiences constructively, considering that every client journey is unique.
Please carefully read the terms and conditions for use of the Forum below. By following these guidelines, we can ensure a respectful and positive environment for all clients.
1. While open discussions are welcome, we ask that the information shared remains accurate. Misinformation can harm our brand, mislead others, and unfairly involve other clients. Additionally, any suggestions to cancel arrangements based on inaccurate information can be unfair to those considering our services.
2. Please keep all conversations within this forum rather than creating private chats outside it. This ensures everyone can benefit from shared information and support within our community.
3. Members must be confirmed as female CosMediTour clients.
4. We do not tolerate offensive language on a post or towards other members. Your post will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group.
5. Be courteous to other members and their pre and post-surgery photos.
6. Speak with integrity about your experiences.
7. We welcome honest experiences, but please do not be defamatory towards CosMediTour, the Surgeons, and hospitals.
8. To fully address any concerns, clients must provide complete post-surgery details, as this allows us to understand the context of each situation and offer the appropriate support. Without these details, we may not have the complete picture to respond effectively.
9. Only post photos relating to the relevant discussion topics when uploading photos.
10. Do not provide medical advice. Our clients mustn't use our Private Forum to provide what can be seen as ‘medical advice’ on any surgical procedure. This can cause confusion and anxiety amongst current and future surgery patients and is best determined by the Plastic Surgeon through each client’s confidential and personal Surgical Recommendation.
11. The forum is not to be used for any discussions or inquiries regarding quotes or pricing for surgery procedures or packages. Your quote has been personalised to your individual needs, and pricing details should be addressed exclusively by your CosMediTour Client Manager.
12. All inquiries relating to surgeries, costs, hospitals, hotels, and services must be directed to your CosMediTour Client Manager.
13. If you have undergone surgery and choose to book another procedure with a different facilitator, please refrain from discussing these details on the forum. The forum is intended exclusively for CosMediTour clients, and we aim to keep all information relevant to CosMediTour to avoid any conflicts of interest.
14. All information and photos shared on the Forum can be viewed by CosMediTour, the Hospital, or Surgeon and kept as a record on your file.
15. Please do not use the forum to communicate with CosMediTour Client Managers, as they do not monitor the forum. Your best and quickest form of communication is via phone or email.
16. You will be removed from the forum if you cancel your surgery with CosMediTour.
17. The forum is not designed to be your sole source of information and research about your surgery. You must complete your research independent of what CosMediTour already offers clients to completely understand.
18. The forum is not to be used for public debate while reviewing your case in case of potential revision surgery. This may cause unnecessary distress to other members of the forum.
