When Should I Book My Trip?
This offer is subject to availability, so its important that you book your Upgraded stay as soon as possible.Â
Montien Hotel Room Upgrades are only available until 31 October 2024. Blockout periods also apply. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for details. Book your stay by calling your Client Manager on 1300 000 633.
When Can I Travel?
Clients can use this voucher for travel until 31 October 2024; however, blackout dates apply. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
What if there's no Availability?
This offer is subject to availability at Montien Hotel and bookings will be made on a first-come, first served basis.
For these reasons, we kindly encourage you to book your stay well in advance.
In the event that Montien Hotel does not have availability, CosMediTour will provide you with a $500 Credit towards your Bangkok Surgery Invoice.
What if I want extra nights, more guests or a room upgrade?
Any ammendments to the Room Upgrade offer are to be managed by the Client directly with Montien Hotel. This includes any changes to occupancy, room nights or room type.
Any resulting additional fees are to be paid directly to the property.
Can I Give the Room Upgrade To Someone Else?
No, the offer is not transferrable.

By accepting the Offer, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for this offer, Clients must:
- Pay their Bangkok Surgery Deposit between 26 December 2023 – midnight 10 January 2024; and
- Request the Room Upgrade from their CosMediTour Client Manager.
This offer is only available to new Bangkok Surgery bookings and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Offer is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the Client during their Bangkok Plastic Surgery.
2. AVAILABILITY
CosMediTour cannot guarantee room availability at The Montien Hotel Bangkok.
CosMediTour have limited access to Junior Suites and bookings will be made on a first-come, first served basis.
To avoid disappointment, we encourage you call CosMediTour on 1300 000 633 to book your Surgery and Stay well in advance.
If a Junior Room Suite is not available to you, then CosMediTour will provide a $500 Credit to the Client, which will be deducted from the Client’s Bangkok Surgery Invoice.
3. OFFER EXPIRY & TRAVEL DATES
Free Room Upgrades are only available until 31 October 2024. Free Room Upgrades will not be provided after this date. To redeem your Free Room Upgrade before the offer expires, contact your Client Manager on 1300 000 633.
Free Room Upgrades are not available during the following blockout periods: 5 – 10 March 2024 and 13 – 15 April 2024
Peak Season Surcharges may also apply.
4. VARIATIONS TO STANDARD INCLUSIONS
Beyond the free Room Upgrade, any variations to your Montien Hotel booking must be arranged directly with Montien Hotel. Please quote your reservation number when making amendments to your stay.
Clients are not entitled to a refund or recompense for the Room Upgrade offer not being used.
5. CANCELLATION & AMMENDMENT POLICY
Where a trip using the Free Room Upgrade is cancelled:
- Your Montien Hotel Room Upgrade is rendered invalid
- The Cancellation Policy of Montien Hotel will apply
Any ammendments to Montien Hotel bookings with a Room Upgrade are subject to availability and will incur a $150 amendment fee to CosMediTour.
6. LIABILITY
CosMeditour do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the use of the Offer.
7. GOVERNING LAW
The laws of Queensland, Australia apply to these Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising in relation to them.
