Making a life changing decision like this and not having to worry about, not only the surgery but organising it all would have been a nightmare. But Instead, all I did was the very minimal and all of you were just so patient and understanding during the whole process! You kept me updated the whole time and communicated everything. Not once was I kept in the dark. And even while was over there, you still checked up on me and made sure everything was going as planned. And it did.. 🙂 and I have you to thank for that! I am honestly 200% grateful.
I could not flaw the hospital in any way! The staff were just fantastic in every aspect! I was absolutely terrified going for surgery, never having been put to sleep before, I had zero idea what to expect. From arriving they just had everything under control, always informing me of what was happening and what would be next.
I don’t think I saw one nurse/ doctor/service staff not smiling. They were amazing! They had someone, a service rep, with us every step of the process. After the surgery the nurses were just phenomenal, I don’t think I could ever thank them enough! They were, without a doubt, flawless. I’ve never been so well looked after then I was at the Bangpakok9 International Hospital! If I was in any form of discomfort or pain they were there with a solution immediately. And not just one but two or more, majority of the time.
From check-in to check-out the Hotel staff were just absolutely tremendous. They were so polite and always smiling; answering all of our enquires. The Hotel and CosMediTour Rep, Mutsee, were just brilliant! I travelled with my friend (who also had a BA) and I am just so grateful that they put that into consideration and had us in adjoining rooms! I can honestly say that made life 100% easier for us. As for the hotel itself, it was squeaky clean on every floor and I felt very special staying in Bangkok.”
