I felt so bad about changing my plans so much and taking so long to get there but we got there in the end, your patience is very much appreciated!
The client portfolio was great, so organised and so much information. Both the Group Tour consultants were amazing, very good to travel with. Not too uptight but not too relaxed about everything either. I have seen other companies that are just a little too superficial and image driven, its very off putting! As a group we had so much fun together, all the other girls were wonderful too!!
Everything is so well organised. Beginning with the airport transfers, arriving in such a busy tourist area can be stressful so having the hospital pick us up was very helpful.
On the day of my surgery everything went so smoothly. The hospital runs like a well oiled machine. There were no mix ups or hiccups which put me at ease and left no room for me to be nervous.
The after surgery care was great, I was sick and the nurses looked after me well. My Dr insisted I stay another night which at first I was upset about, but then realised it really was for the best. I found the language barrier a bit tough at times but i got through it.
Overall great hospital, extremely clean, well organised and wonderful staff!
Twinpalms is a paradise. Amazing service from the moment I had arrived. The buffet breakfast had so much choice, the Sunday lunch buffet ties with Catch Beach Club for the best buffet I have been to. My room was cleaned daily and a few little personal touches made me feel at ease after surgery! I will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
