“I had very limited time in which to get the procedures that I wanted done, however, CosMediTour made it easy and the whole journey was very well organised. The transfers from Airport and to and from the hospital were very well organised.
The consultation with Dr Chatpong was very thorough, along with all the tests done before surgery. The staff at the hospital were excellent, but I would recommend anyone doing this to take a support person with them, my daughter came along and I was very glad she did as my nerves got the better of me at times and she was able to take in what every one was telling me, and was able to administer my medication after surgery as I could not see well for several days.
The hotel was very comfortable, and the service was great, the CosMediTour girls were excellent, very helpful and friendly, and full of good information about the area we were in. It was very comforting to have a nurse on call at the hotel.
