Chloe from Operation Thailand TV Series Featured in the Daily Mail

May 5, 2017 | News

Following the premiere of CosMediTour’s TV Series Operation Thailand, the Daily Mail spoke with one of our featured clients Chloe. She returned to Thailand for Breast surgery after being treated for a Brain Tumour.

Chloe was one of 30 CosMediTour clients (men and women) to be featured in the TV series which follows clients travelling to Thailand to undergo a diverse range of cosmetic surgery and dental procedures. The series not only follows the personal experiences, surgery and dental outcomes of the featured patients, but showcases the Thailand Medical Tourism Industry and the Healthcare system in comparison to Australia and the rest of the world.

Chloe had travelled to Thailand four years ago for Breast Surgery and was unfortunately unable to follow through with her surgery after it was discovered she had a Brain Tumour. “When I got there I wasn’t feeling very well and actually started lactating. I kept thinking “I can’t be pregnant” but it wouldn’t stop so I decided to go back to Australia.” As soon as Chloe returned to Adelaide, she booked in to see her doctor who explained that a brain tumour was sitting on her Pituitary Gland. Chloe underwent treatment for the Brain Tumor and her surgery was placed on hold.

Now, four years later after being given the green light by her local doctor, Chloe decided to travel back to see her surgeon Dr. Veerawat and hopefully proceed with her Breast Surgery! Episode 1 saw 3 women travel to Phuket for a range of different procedures at the Phuket Plastic Surgery Institute. The CosMediTour clients stayed at the 5 Star Amari Phuket.
