We value every feedback shared in our CosMediTour Forum, as it helps us improve and better support our clients. This is a positive space where everyone is encouraged to share their experiences constructively, considering that every client journey is unique.
Please carefully read the terms and conditions for use of the Forum below. By following these guidelines, we can ensure a respectful and positive environment for all clients.
1. While open discussions are welcome, we ask that the information shared remains accurate. Misinformation can harm our brand, mislead others, and unfairly involve other clients. Additionally, any suggestions to cancel arrangements based on inaccurate information can be unfair to those considering our services.
2. Please keep all conversations within this forum rather than creating private chats outside it. This ensures everyone can benefit from shared information and support within our community.
3. Members must be confirmed as female CosMediTour clients.
4. We do not tolerate offensive language on a post or towards other members. Your post will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group.
5. Be courteous to other members and their pre and post-surgery photos.
6. Speak with integrity about your experiences.
7. We welcome honest experiences, but please do not be defamatory towards CosMediTour, the Surgeons, and hospitals.
8. To fully address any concerns, clients must provide complete post-surgery details, as this allows us to understand the context of each situation and offer the appropriate support. Without these details, we may not have the complete picture to respond effectively.
9. Only post photos relating to the relevant discussion topics when uploading photos.
10. Do not provide medical advice. Our clients mustn't use our Private Forum to provide what can be seen as ‘medical advice’ on any surgical procedure. This can cause confusion and anxiety amongst current and future surgery patients and is best determined by the Plastic Surgeon through each client’s confidential and personal Surgical Recommendation.
11. The forum is not to be used for any discussions or inquiries regarding quotes or pricing for surgery procedures or packages. Your quote has been personalised to your individual needs, and pricing details should be addressed exclusively by your CosMediTour Client Manager.
12. All inquiries relating to surgeries, costs, hospitals, hotels, and services must be directed to your CosMediTour Client Manager.
13. If you have undergone surgery and choose to book another procedure with a different facilitator, please refrain from discussing these details on the forum. The forum is intended exclusively for CosMediTour clients, and we aim to keep all information relevant to CosMediTour to avoid any conflicts of interest.
14. All information and photos shared on the Forum can be viewed by CosMediTour, the Hospital, or Surgeon and kept as a record on your file.
15. Please do not use the forum to communicate with CosMediTour Client Managers, as they do not monitor the forum. Your best and quickest form of communication is via phone or email.
16. You will be removed from the forum if you cancel your surgery with CosMediTour.
17. The forum is not designed to be your sole source of information and research about your surgery. You must complete your research independent of what CosMediTour already offers clients to completely understand.
18. The forum is not to be used for public debate while reviewing your case in case of potential revision surgery. This may cause unnecessary distress to other members of the forum.
