A bit about the role…
You will play a vital role within our team providing clients with support and guidance from the start to finish of their surgical journey to ensure every client has an amazing experience.

Your new Role
Reporting to the CFO, you are responsible for the overall management of day to day operations including:

  • Staff – Sales and Service Teams – Including building functional teams and driving their ongoing development
  • Divisional Daily / Weekly / Monthly sales targets and reporting
  • Customer service levels
  • HR and job training – Assist effective talent management, arranging job candidate interviews and ensure smooth transitions for all new hires
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders – Maintain effective and professional relationships with Management and keep communication open across all teams

  • Experience in leading and managing an effective team and a proven ability to supervise staff

> Patient Liaison (Phuket)

CosMediTour is Australasia’s leading medical tourism company, established in 2010. We represent a number of international hospitals and clinics in Bangkok and Phuket, where we offer primarily cosmetic surgery and dental procedures and treatments to foreign patients. Most patients are from Australia or New Zealand, with other clients / patients from Asia and Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Help create the best possible patient “experience” for our clients whilst in Thailand
  • Direct point of contact for the company and all clients arriving in Phuket for surgery or dental treatments
  • Assist clients with their overall surgery journey in Phuket including travel and tour activities
  • Coordinate with all parties to ensure clients receive the highest standard of customer service
  • Active presence at the Hospital and our Hotels
  • Manage dedicated CosMediTour mobile phone number and be available for contact at all times and any client emergencies
  • Deal with client issues in a logical way, including decision making and reporting to head office
  • Accurately log all client related interactions (direct with client, hospital, clinics, hotels) in CRM
  • Perform client follow ups as required on a timely basis whilst client is in Phuket

Qualifications/ Experience / Skills required:

  • Female
  • Fluent in English (oral and written), and comfortable communicating with different cultures.
  • Able to work in Thailand without a work permit
  • Computer literate
  • University degree or other Tertiary Education higher learning
  • 2 + years experience within the Medical/Healthcare/Medical Tourism Industry
  • Previous work experience as an International Patient Coordinator or in a similar position within an International Hospital, Medical/Dental Clinic or Medical Travel Agency in Thailand would be an advantage
  • You will be able to conduct content-rich and medical conversations with our Thailand hospitals and Australian staff
  • You must have a passion for customer service and professionalism whilst engaging with our suppliers / clients / and other associates and staff
  • You will have empathy for clients and their expectations of a surgical and medical procedure or treatment
  • You must possess excellent attention to detail – on every level, particularly with client medical information and requirements
  • A friendly positive personality and work ethic is essential, along with the ability to work under pressure
  • You must be available to work weekends and public holidays when required

> International Patient Coordinator (Bangkok)

Most clients are from Australia or New Zealand, with a growing number from Asia and Europe.

We are seeking an International Patient Coordinator to join the CosMediTour Team in Bangkok in our soon to be opened Bangkok Regional Office, located in Lumpini area.

Responsibilities:

  • Professional support of clients via email
  • Data Entry of sensitive personal information relating to surgery
  • Preparing client documents
  • Efficient email/phone correspondence with our major Hospital and Clinic Partners
  • Understanding of all information and pricing of our offers and services
  • Coordinate with all parties to ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of customer service
  • Help create the best possible client journey for our customers whilst in Bangkok or Phuket

Qualifications/ Experience / Skills required:

  • Male or Female
  • Expatriate background
  • You must be computer literate, with a strong understanding of internet and email communications.
  • You will be proficient in English (oral and written), and comfortable communicating with different cultures
  • University degree or other Tertiary Education higher learning
  • 2+ years experience within the Medical/Healthcare/Medical Tourism Industry is essential
  • Previous work experience as an International Patient Coordinator or in a similar position within an International Hospital or Medical/Dental Clinic or Medical Travel Agency in Thailand would be an advantage
  • You will be able to conduct content-rich and medical conversations with our Thailand hospitals and Australian staff
  • You must have a passion for customer service and professionalism whilst engaging with our clients
  • You will have empathy for people and their expectations for a medical procedure or treatment
  • You will be an independent thinker, with good problem solving skills

Offer:

  • Full-Time position available, commencing in March 2018
  • Salary will be dependent on experience – minimum 35,000THB
