Boxing Day Sale.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for this offer, Clients must:

• Pay their Bangkok Surgery Deposit between 26 December 2023 – midnight 10 January 2024; and
• Request the Room Upgrade from their CosMediTour Client Manager.

This offer is only available to new Bangkok Surgery bookings. The Offer is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the Client during their Bangkok Plastic Surgery.

2. AVAILABILITY

CosMediTour cannot guarantee room availability at The Montien Hotel Bangkok.

CosMediTour have limited access to upgraded rooms and bookings will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to call CosMediTour on 1300 000 633 to book your Surgery and stay well in advance.

If a room upgrade is not available to you, then CosMediTour will provide a $500 Credit to the Client, which will be deducted from the Client’s Bangkok Surgery Invoice.

3. OFFER EXPIRY & TRAVEL DATES

Free Room Upgrades are only available until 31 October 2024. Free Room Upgrades will not be provided after this date. To redeem your Free Room Upgrade before the offer expires, contact your Client Manager on 1300 000 633.

Free Room Upgrades are not available during the following blackout periods: 5 – 10 March 2024 and 13 – 15 April 2024

Peak Season Surcharges may also apply.

4. VARIATIONS TO STANDARD INCLUSIONS

Beyond the free Room Upgrade, any variations to your Montien Hotel booking must be arranged directly with Montien Hotel. Please quote your reservation number when making amendments to your stay.

Clients are not entitled to a refund or recompense for the Room Upgrade offer not being used.

5. CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY

Where a trip using the Free Room Upgrade is cancelled:

• Your Montien Hotel Room Upgrade is rendered invalid
• The Cancellation Policy of Montien Hotel will apply

Any amendments to Montien Hotel bookings with a Room Upgrade are subject to availability and will incur a $150 amendment fee to CosMediTour.

6. LIABILITY

CosMeditour do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the use of the offer.

7. GOVERNING LAW

The laws of Queensland, Australia apply to these Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising in relation to them.

1. ELIGIBILITY |  CLAIMING & REDEEMING THE VOUCHER

To claim the Hotel Indigo Holiday Voucher, Clients must:

• Pay their Bangkok Surgery Deposit before midnight 10 January 2024; and
• Request the Voucher from their CosMediTour Client Manager.

To book their Stay, Clients must first pay a $1,000 instalment toward their Bangkok Surgery Invoice. This instalment will be deducted from the balance owing on the Client’s Surgery Invoice. If a Client cancels their Bangkok Surgery, the $1,000 instalment amount is non-refundable. In this instance, CosMediTour’s Cancellation Policy also applies.

This offer is only available to new Bangkok Surgery bookings made between 26 December 2023 – 10 January 2024.

2. EXPIRY  |  WHEN & HOW TO BOOK

CosMediTour cannot guarantee availability at Hotel Indigo. To avoid disappointment, please book your stay well in advance and do not make any other travel arrangements until your Accommodation is confirmed.

To book their Stay, Clients must phone their Client Manager on 1300 000 633 before 30 June 2024. Any Booking Requests received after this date will not be accepted as the voucher is no longer redeemable.

This offer is subject to availability at Hotel Indigo. Bookings will be made on a first-come, first served basis.

Clients are expected to be flexible with their preferred travel dates. If Hotel Indigo does not have availability at any time before 31 October 2024, then CosMediTour will provide a $500 Credit to the Client, which will be deducted from the Client’s Bangkok Surgery Invoice.

3. TRAVEL DATES  |  WHEN TO TRAVEL

The Voucher can be used for travel until 31 October 2024.

Importantly, Hotel Indigo stays cannot be booked using your voucher during the following blockout period – 21 December 2023 – 20 January 2024. Peak Season Surcharges also apply. See below for details.

4. PEAK SEASON SURCHARGES

Peak Season Surcharges apply for Hotel Indigo for the following dates:

• 21 January 2024 – 31 March 2024
• 1 – 31 October 2024
• 13 November 2024 – 20 December 2024

CosMediTour are not liable for any Peak Season surcharges. Instead, these charges must be paid by the Client directly to the Hotel.

5. VARIATIONS TO STANDARD VOUCHER INCLUSIONS

Any variations to the Voucher Inclusions noted above must be arranged by the Client directly with Hotel Indigo. Please quote your reservation number when making amendments to your stay.

Additional charges resulting from variations to Voucher inclusions must be paid by the Client directly to the Hotel.

CosMediTour are not responsible for any additional costs associated with the Voucher, such as transportation to and from the destination, meals, or activities not included in the Offer. 

Clients are not entitled to a refund or recompense for any standard Voucher Inclusions not utilised.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Where a trip using this voucher is cancelled, the Cancellation Policy of Hotel Indigo Phuket will apply and your voucher may be rendered invalid.

Changes to existing Hotel Indigo bookings made using the Voucher are subject to availability and will incur a $150 amendment fee to CosMediTour.

7. LIABILITY

CosMeditour do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the use of the Voucher.

8. GENERAL 

This offer is available to new Bangkok Surgery Bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Recipients of the Voucher are responsible for complying with all travel requirements for Thailand, including but not limited to passport and visa requirements, and travel insurance.

The Voucher is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the Client. It must be used in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple bookings. The Voucher cannot be exchanged in whole or part for cash.

Voucher may not be sold or offered for sale or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes. If a Voucher is sold or used in breach of this condition, CosMediTour may in its absolute and sole discretion cancel or render invalid the Voucher and the Voucher holder may be refused redemption of the Voucher.

CosMediTour may cancel or render invalid any Voucher or booking which CosMediTour determines in its absolute and sole discretion was acquired by fraudulent means. CosMediTour will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you if you receive or attempt to redeem a sold or fraudulent Voucher. You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to redeem a sold or fraudulent Voucher and that CosMediTour will not be obliged to recompense you in any way.
