Our Client Relations

Our senior European and Thai CosMediTour management is based in Phuket as our Client Relations Manager. This enables CosMediTour Australia to provide a more thorough client/patient handling of contact and arrangements whilst in Phuket and thereby completing the surgical care package as an end to end service - focusing on patient comfort and peace of mind that there is a contact available, whilst receiving procedures and treatments in Phuket.

Our Client Relations is a lovely Thai lady (kind and very laid back), who tends to CosMediTour clients receiving treatment/surgery at Bangkok Hospital Phuket and Phuket International Hospital. Depending on how many clients are in Phuket at one time, she may be able to spend more time with a client, if the client requires or you have decided to travel alone.

She is there to "assist if required" with; any issues or concerns that may arise, communication with the hospital, surgeon, administration staff, accommodation and other connections, Prepaid SIM cards. She will make contact with you at the hospital, check in to see how you are progressing, take pictures, report back the CosMediTour Australia office on how the clients are doing and progressing with their surgery and recovery. If you want recommendations in tours, sightseeing, restaurant, shopping, a personal driver/taxi etc, she can assist here also.

Boat transfers will also be organised by our Client Relations Manager, for the surgical client purchasing the CosMediTour "Premium Pack". This pack includes as an extra, one night complimentary stay on "Paradise Island Resort and Spa" on Koh Yao Noi, including breakfast and the 45min - 60 minute return boat transfers to and from the island (patient only).
